This event for 5, 6 and 7-year-old dressage horses has developed into one of the annual highlights for breeders, riders and dressage lovers.

The Championships focus on the connection between breeding and sport and continue to contribute to the development and improvement of top horses for the international arena. Furthermore, these championships offer the participating breed organisations a unique opportunity to showcase their horses in front of an international and knowledgeable audience, bringing more visibility to breeders and studbooks. There is much at stake here, and therefore the WBFSH member studbooks select their best horses to compete.

The 2026 Championships are scheduled to take place from the 5th to 9th August 2026.
