The WBFSH Studbooks Jumping Global Champions Trophy has been published on the FEI Calendar as an official event:
  • New & unique concept promoting the studbooks:

The WBFSH Studbooks Jumping Global Champions Trophy will unfold over four days, with five different categories:

    • CSIYH 1* – 5 Year Olds* (1.25m)
    • CSIYH 1* – 6 Year Olds (1.35m)
    • CSIYH 2* – 7 Year Olds (1.40m)
    • CSIYH 2* – 8 Year Olds (1.45m)
    • CSI 2* – Stallions 9 years old and older (1.45m)
    • Horses in the age group of 5YO cannot enter the competition if they competed in the FEI-WBFSH Jumping World Breeding Championships in Lanaken, Belgium.

This studbook team competition concept will gather teams composed of a minimum of three horses per category (max. six horses), appointed by the participating WBFSH studbooks.

Each studbook can compete in several categories, but they do not have to send a team for each category. Studbooks that cannot field full teams can send a maximum of two horses on an individual basis. These individual horses cannot qualify for the final, which is a team classification, but they will qualify for the consolation final, which is an individual classification.

This is an exclusive opportunity for the studbooks to showcase themselves and their most promising young horses at top level; to promote them and their breeders in an authentic competition and on a world class stage at the Longines Tops International Arena.
