Department FinanceThe administration of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable is the responsibility of the Financial Department. Such activities include an audit of compliance with the items added to the budget after approval at the General Assembly.
The WBFSH's working capital is primarily provided by the member fees. The total number of foals in the studbook forms the basis for calculating such membership fees.
Calculations are as follows:
1. For full members: A flat amount of €1,000.00, increased with €1,00 for each foal over one thousand. For this purpose the data on foals for the past year are used, or the data of the best year should no data be available for the past year. The maximum amount payable by country is €25,000.00.
2. For associated members: €500.00.
Should no data be transmitted for a studbook of an associated member, a flat fee of €3,500 will be charged. The invoice will be corrected on the basis of any data sent at a later date.
The letter requesting the data on the foals is sent shortly after January 1, of any business year. Invoices for the membership fees are sent around in April.
