8-year-old Selle Francais stallion Oscar des Fontaines by Lando/Mr. Blue and French rider Pénélope Prevost won the Sire of the World competition. They excelled in the jump-off with an unequalled fast time.
German Thomas Voss and the 9-year-old Holsteiner stallion Carinjo by Cascavelle/Landgraf I placed second, while 11-year-old Swedish Warmblood stallion Hip Hop by Feliciano/Electro ridden by Swedish Erika Lickhammer came third.
